ic:// The hallway was dark, lit only be the crack of light from the door Firefly had come through. She shoved her invitation into the light, and reread it. All it said was 'Party.' The cursive was golden and beautiful, and the paper shimmered in the faint light.
"Hello?" she called, trembling as her voice wavered. Had she come to the right place? Was it the right day? The right time? The dark, usually one of her many passions, seemed to shimmer shadily around her.
Slowly, Firefly edged her way down the hallway, running her cold hand along the rough concrete wall. The door slammed close behind her, with a sudden bang, and she jumped, landing on something slimy, causing her to shriek.
Finally, her hand knocked a door knob. She wasn't sure if it would be the right one, but instinctively, she warily tried it.
PAHOOOOOOO!!!!!!
A bunch of streamers fell down on Firefly's head and a party horn sounded as her scared face was revealed around the door. Feeling self conscious as she pulled on her sparkly shiny party dress, she looked over at the squabbling pair and the solemn Faint.
"Cheer up, Faint, it's a party!" Her voice was still shaking, and she shivered, hugging her cardigan closer to her. "What is this place?"
The door closed behind her, and Firefly was grateful for the light, however cold it was.

Need help with 2 names- One for a president, the second either Alana, Heidi, Chloe, or Grace?
For a story... One needs to be presidential, but not based on a real president. Male, not 'coz I'm sexist or anything, just... because. ^^

Wheatpaw padded back and forth, ceaselessly moving, ears flat. His two brothers came running up, meowing, "What's wrong?" He looked up, and growled as he dropped his head again, glaring at the ground. Echopaw looked at Shinepaw, confused, but Shinepaw looked back at him the same.
"Skystar is back." There was dead silence after Wheatpaw's words. Then Shinepaw's lips drew back.
"What kind of leader is she? She left her Clan and now she expects EVERYONE to welcome her back?" Shinepaw sat heavily. "Ain't gonna happen." Echopaw seemed more thoughtful.
"Does anyone know what Skystar went to do? Perhaps her mission was to get help against the rogues."
"Well, she was a little late for that," Wheatpaw snarled. "You're just glad that you can start your training again."
Echopaw bristled, but he said nothing. Shinepaw looked uneasily between the two. "Well..." He scuffed his paws. "I'm not going to stand behind Skystar if she tries to change anything."
There was total agreement behind that.

Wheatripple is the strongest cat in the forest, able to destroy a tree with his slender razor claws, and Shinefall can read and control emotions.

Parent Teacher Interviews
All year 10- 13 students have been issued with a yellow interview card. Parent Teacher Interviews are being held a little earlier this year, in order to give feedback to parents on how their son/daughter has settled into study routines. We encourage all families to take advantage of this opportunity to meet their son/daughters teachers.
They are being held on Tuesday 7 April between 6-9pm and Wednesday 8 April between 4-6.30pm. You are welcome to bring your son/daughter with you.
