True, there had been a flaw in a plan. That it was in Voldemort’s; wrong. The real flaw, was in the plan of Harry Potter and Albus Dumbledore. In fact, there were many, many flaw’s in the great Dumbledore’s plans for his Chosen One to save the Wizarding World from the Dark Lord’s rule.
What if...
Everything had gone differently? Completely turned around and backfired on the Wizarding World’s heroes instead? Voldemort really had won over mastership of the Elder Wand? Harry Potter had not gotten so lucky when he cast that simple Expelliarmus?
What if...Harry Potter had not won the second war?
Back in May of 1998, the war did not end. The Battle of Hogwarts did not return peace to the Wizarding World, but rather intensified the terror of Lord Voldemort. Harry Potter did not win, but Voldemort did not quite achieve his goal either. Not until twelve years later, did Voldemort succeed, gaining full power and taking away the very last hope of those who opposed him.
Now, it’s 2023, and the time for the start of a new school year. Time for Ginny Potter to be relieved from the three children her husband left her to raise alone. Time for students to reunite with their friend’s after a long summer. Though, the old castle is now fully under the control of the Death Eaters, with Headmistress Riddle, daughter of the Dark Lord himself, in charge, the school continues to go on. Children of the dark and light side alike, continue to attend. From the newest generation of Weasleys, to the grandchildren of he-who-must-not-be-named. After all, there is no where to go to escape, not even Beauxbatons, and if there is any chance of finding light, young wizards and witches must prepare to choose a side and fight. Currently, the Order of the Phoenix hides in the shadows with little to no hope, waiting for their next savior.
Who will it be?
Will they do better than the last Chosen One,
or has the Dark Lord gone too far to be stopped?
