The cold night air stood silently, motionless over your camp. The fire in the middle of a circle of tents illuminated the dark forest revealing dead foliage that bled off into the night. “Something this evil should never have been invented…” you silently thought to yourself, staring into the flickering embers. The cold air whistles, breaking the silence and sends a shiver up your spine…
For five years the government had been experimenting with new chemical weapons, until two months ago… Something went terribly wrong… Fort Greely, near your hometown of Delta Junction, Alaska was testing a biochemical substance that invades the brain and shuts the body down, when the substance was smuggled out of the base and released into the air. Only a few people held immunity to the powerful chemical, others it killed, but some… some it had an odd effect on. Some people had a reaction to the chemicals; their body rejected it, and at the same time fused itself with the compound. They have become known as the “Risen”, comparable to zombies, but much, much more intelligent and dangerous.
Since the incident you have grouped up with a few other immune people from your hometown. Currently you are on the run, hiding in the forests, looking for more survivors, and possibly an end to the chaos that became from the biochemical weapon.
Characters I am looking for:
- Some form of hunter/soldier (anyone that’s good with weapons)
- Ordinary Citizens (for drama
orrrr a secret PLOT TWIST!!)
- Scientists/Teachers (someone with lotsa smarts)
- uhm.. Yeah, pretty much anyone… haha
