Alaska's population density is 1.03 people per square mile. Half of the population lives in one city. But in the middle of the state's frozen wasteland, a detention center is being built. It's a special type of center. More an asylum than most. Reserved for the oh so screwed up teenagers running around the rest of the country. The patients sent here are either headcases, violent, or have some annoying issue. Whatever the reason, good old mom and dad sent them to Köpell Institute. After all, when in doubt, sent your insane teenager away right?

But see, the good ol' mommy and daddy didn't know they were sending their kids to be forced into gangs. See, here there are two gangs that rule the scene. The Bullets - the tough guys, and the Cables - the tricksters. Underneath these two are the Neutrals - the nobodies. The Neutrals want nothing to do with the gangs but had to form one to keep each other safe. See, no gang = no protection.

In the institute, there are facilities for the most insane to the most violent kids and everyone in between. Specially trained psychiatrists are always available for counseling and guards are always on watch. But that doesn't mean that this place is nice. On the contrary. Kids have strained relationships with each other, fights break out often, and well, the cafeteria food sucks.

So we're up here all alone in the frozen desert, Bullets, Cables, and Neutrals alike, care to join us?
