First, make a thread.
Three people need to post- you are one! They are the sisters.
One sister is the 'good.' Another the 'bad,' and the third is the 'ugly.'
Someone, either one of those sisters or someone else on the board, asks a question, something they need advice on. The sisters answer corresponding to their type- the good is well... good, the bad would give you advice that would get you thrown in jail, the ugly would give you advice that would get you thrown in an insane asylum.
Example:

ic:// She stares at her sister evilly. "Ew. No way. First of all, do it through text. Text him, and then go over to his house, and smash his head in in the middle of the night. Then he can't bother you any more, case closed!" She brushes her hands, as if brushing away crumbs.
ic:// "My sisters are insane." She flips her hair. "First, run a lap around the park naked in the middle of the night. Then, go to a pet store and buy a hundred bunnies. Take them to his house, and let them loose! Have fun!"
