Well, I've been trying to think of ideas for a long story.. or stories.. for me to write, and I'm starting to develop this one. Here are just some notes on what it might be like... feel free to post any other ideas where I put a (?). If you do submit ideas, know that I might use them, and if I do, I won't credit you specifically for them. If you do have some great idea that you want lots of credit for, keep it to yourself. Sorry if I sound harsh! Later, I'll probably do some vague character profiles and also put them in scraps.... unless you can edit the text in these things... I have a bit to learn about DA! So, if you can't edit text, then I'll probably do a second notes page.
So, without further ado, here are my notes...

- 2 Herds, 2 sets of Pegasi and people... The herd names will be the Fire herd (?) and the Ice herd (?). (I really need some ideas for herd names, I'm not being very creative... XD)
- They will communicate with each other using Harmoni (har-moan-eye) language (?)
Positions: Pegasus
-Herd Leader and mate: Leader... well... leads, and his/her mate helps with decisions and other things.
-Messenger(s): Fast moving young Pegasi, often two are picked, but for a big herd, sometimes four... often the foals of the messengers grow up to be the next messengers (?).
-Retirees: Older Pegasi, often care for foals, are highly respected by all herd members.
-Foals: Taught by parents, but if orphaned can be taught by the leader or his/her mate. (Any ideas on how foals could develop into full grown Pegasi would be appreciated... and yes, Pegasi is the plural of Pegasus XD)
-Herd Members: Under power of leader, often do various tasks to help the herd.
Positions: People
-Village Leader and Spouse: Leader also leads, and his/her spouse helps him/her with decisions and other things.
-Runner(s): Quick witted teens or young adults, often two are picked, but for a big village, sometimes four. Runners are replaced when they choose to retire anywhere past the age of 25, or when the Village Leader decides it's right. (?)
-Elders: Older people, are often included in decisions involving the Village.
-Children: Brought up and taught by parents or friends of parents (?), sometimes babysat by Elders.
-Village Members: Work often as a group, are under the power but also respect and admire the Village Leader.
-Pegasi and people live on the same stretch of territory, they have boundaries with the other herd and village that are made by nature (Rocks, trees, etc...).
- The Village and the Herd of one territory often keep to themselves, but sometimes help each other. Messengers and Runners are not to be harmed, for they are the basic communication between Herd and Village. They have a signifying red band around their hoof/arm to represent that they are messengers. Anyone who steals the red band and pretends to be a messenger to avoid being harmed is severely punished (?).
- The humans don't exactly enjoy riding the Pegasi, it makes them feel useless, but they will if they need to. When they do work together, the members match up with each other. (Leader to leader, messengers to runners, village member to herd member...)
- Members of the Ice Village excel at using spears with Ice powers (?), members of the Fire Village excel at using arrows with Fire powers(?)
-Members of the Ice Herd have 'Ice Forms', which allow them to do specific things, which I haven't figured out yet.. ideas appreciated. Members of the Fire Herd have 'Fire Forms'. Same things apply.
